This innovative structure features gutters on both sides, enabling seamless expansion in either direction. With bay widths ranging from 21’4” to 36′, the Luminosa maximizes usable growing areas, boosting crop development and operational efficiency.

Crafted from certified structural steel with a minimum strength of 50 ksi, the Luminosa is 52% stronger than standard commercial steel tubing. Its oval design minimizes wear on polyethylene films, extending their lifespan and ensuring a durable, long-lasting environment.

This multi-span greenhouse maximizes crop growing space with an under-gutter height of 12 to 18 feet. It offers multiple ventilation options, including single or double ridge vent panels, mid-roof vents, side roll-up vents (manual or automated), and mechanical ventilation systems (fans, extractors, and air circulators). These features provide superior natural ventilation and effectively reduce water, ice, and snow buildup, creating an optimal growing environment for all seasons.

A gutter-connected greenhouse is the most cost-effective choice for growers planning future expansion. While freestanding greenhouses are an alternative, they require the purchase of separate structures for each addition, which can be more expensive and more complicated to manage over time than a gutter-connected system’s unified design.

New growers can start with a single bay, but we recommend at least three bays for structural strength and gradually expand their greenhouse as their needs and budget grow.
