The TunnelPro Plus are field scale polytunnels designed and manufactured in Canada. Combining exceptional durability with operational efficiency, this is the strategic investment for berry and leafy vegetable growers looking to maximize their yields.

Available only in 31 ft 6in width with customizable lengths. It’s fully expandable once the first block of 3 polytunnels is installed. It’s an economic greenhouse to start exploring controlled environnment agriculture.

  • Minimum configuration: 3 high tunnels
  • 3-seasons greenhouse: The polyethylene film must be rolled up at the ridge during winter in areas where snow exceeds 3 inches.

Their field scale polytunnels consist of 2 blocks of 3 tunnels, each 31 ft 6 in wide by 200 ft long, for a total growing area of 12,640 sq ft. Built on screw pile foundations with single poly covering and 10 ft arch spacing, the setup gives their teams the space, accessibility, and climate control needed to scale berry production with precision.
