This initiative stems from their successful collaboration on a significant project in Quebec, Canada, which led to the installation of 170 TunnelPro Plus greenhouses combined with Dubois’ custom irrigation systems.
Together, the two companies are addressing the growing needs of producers seeking to protect their open-field crops by offering a solution combining high tunnel greenhouses and tailored irrigation systems for each block. This new offering, for areas starting at ½ hectare, is designed to improve predictability, increase yields and crop quality, and significantly reduce operating costs.
A proven collaboration for open-field producers
This partnership demonstrates a commitment to delivering concrete solutions to producers. The joint project resulted in installing 170 high tunnel greenhouses, increasing productivity as early as the first season and significantly reducing operational costs (labour and machinery). Thanks to crop protection and the precision of the drip irrigation system, producers have also observed decreased water consumption and reduced use of crop protection products.
